Refund policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please email hello@seladesigns.com right away and we will sort out any issues. Our return policy is 15 days from the date of purchase. After 15 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same, new condition that you received it. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Personalized jewelry and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned. If you are unhappy with your order please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders but will review each case as needed.

If gifts are given as a purchase incentive, they must be returned with the purchase for a full refund. Sale items are final sale.
