NECKLACE LENGTH

The standard length for a necklace is 18 inches. If in the past you've found necklaces tend to be too long for you, order 16 inch length. If you've found the opposite to be true order 20-24 inch length. 

Long necklaces are typically 30 inches. Depending on your body type, we give you the freedom to size up or down. If you have questions please don't hesitate to ask. We are pretty quick with response times. 

SHIPPING

We ship anywhere in the United States for a flat rate of $3.99. Orders are shipped via USPS from Neenah, WI within 5-7 business days of the order being placed. International shipping rates vary by location. Our products are handmade in our studio and many are custom designed per order specifications. We ship as quickly as we can. If you have questions about our current shipment times please contact us before you order. 

Once an order leaves our doors it we cannot control how long it takes for you to receive it. We cannot cancel orders. USPS delivery times are typically 3-5 business days for standard shipping (first class) and 2-3 days for priority shipping. Our tracking information is the same as what is available to you.

*COVID-19 has caused shipping delays worldwide. USPS is no longer honoring their guaranteed delivery times. This is outside of our control. Sela Designs is not responsible for shipping delays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please email hello@seladesigns.com right away and we will sort out any issues. Our return policy is 15 days from the date of purchase. After 15 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the new, unworn condition that you received it. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Personalized jewelry and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned. If you are unhappy with your order please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders but will review each case as needed.

Returns

We want you to love your Sela Designs Jewelry so we are happy to issue a refund if you are not satisified with your purchase. Once we receive the item, we will email you that it has been received and a credit will be made to the original form of payment. 

Exchanges

If your jewelry is received defective or damaged simply ship it back and we will send you a replacement at no charge. 

Return Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you'd like to return your item you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
